A Little About Us

*In Class Programming* An Interpreter from the Queens County Museum/Perkins House will visit school classes in the local area to present any of the programs. Students can see a variety of artifacts and learn about various disciplines in all of the programs. Activities can be combined or adapted to meet a variety of age levels or areas of study.

During the week staff of the Queens County Museum enjoyed visiting the students from Milton Centennial School In Milton, Nova Scotia. The children learned about Mi’kmaq Culture and in the above picture you can see them enjoying some old fashioned cleaning techniques from our Technological Change Program.
